Meet Sarah Egan Warren
Sarah Egan Warren is a life-long storyteller and avid dance fan. She studied children's literature in college, worked at a children's bookstore, helped with storytimes and author events, participated in literacy programs for an elementary school, wrote reviews of books, assisted with book fairs, and read hundreds (and hundreds and hundreds) of pages to her children, nieces, and nephews.

Creative Process
Her process is to think about how and when the book will be read.. Then after lots of drafts, she refines her final manuscript to get the most story out of the fewest words. Her goal is to write stories that parents and caregivers want to read and that children what to hear.
Connection to Dance
She has danced recreationally since childhood and continues to find ways to move after a sudden disability changed her life.
